Huge game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, The (3-0) Atlanta Falcons taking on Shady McCoy and the (2-1) Buffalo Bills, looking to improve their NFC South record to 4-0
In order for that to happen here are 3 things to watch for.
1) Contain LeSean McCoy
First things first. Falcons have to focus on containing McCoy, so stopping the run is top priority. With his ability to make you miss, catch the ball and make plays in the open field.
Falcons linebackers Deion Jones De’Vondre Campbell will have their hands full.
2) Keep Tyrod Taylor in the pocket
Taylor is one helluva athlete and he just so happens to play quarterback. The key to keeping him in the pocket is solely on defensive ends Brooks Reed, Takk McKinley and Adrian Clayborn.
Having played Aaron Rodgers and Matthew Stafford, two of the better quarterbacks in and outse of the pocket. Tyrod shouldn’t be too much trouble. One player to watch for is Deion Jones. He has the task of keeping Taylor and McCoy from making big plays with their feet. So tackling has to better than it has been in the first three games.
FALCONS MUST TACKLE WELL!
FALCONS MUST SURROUND MCCOY!
3) Help Tyler Sambrailo Wes Schweitzer
The Bills have one of the best front fours in the league with Defensive Tackle Kyle Williams and Marcell Dareus in the middle.
In order for the Falcons to win this game, they will have to focus on the running game. Feed Devonta Freeman, and Tevin Coleman the ball early in the game. Let Matt Ryan run play action off of those plays. That should help keep pressure off Tyler Sambrailo and first year starter in pass protection
Establish the running game with Free and Falcons will most definitely improve to 4-0
Buffalo just doesn’t have enough contain the Falcons offense. So I didn’t bother to mention Julio Jones.
